Games that use 5 dice
Yahtzee: You roll five dice up to three times per turn, keeping any you like between rolls, and score combinations like a full house, small and large straights, and five of a kind (a Yahtzee). On a single roll, a Yahtzee is 0.08%, a large straight (1-5 or 2-6) is 3.09%, and a full house is 3.86%. The rerolls are what make these reachable.
Liar's Dice: Each player usually starts with five dice hidden under a cup. Players take turns bidding how many of a certain face are showing across every cup at the table, and anyone can call a bid a lie. Losing a challenge costs you a die. Rolling online works for practicing bids or when a player is missing a cup.
Poker dice: Five dice are rolled to make poker-style hands such as a pair, two pair, three of a kind, a straight or a full house, usually with one reroll. Regular d6s work fine if you read 1 to 6 as the card ranks. For larger rolls, see roll 6 dice or the dice calculator.

About this roller
DnD Dice Roller (dnddiceroller.org) rolls every die with your browser's cryptographically secure random number generator, crypto.getRandomValues, and uses rejection sampling so every face is exactly equally likely. The 3D dice only animate a result that has already been decided this way; the physics never picks the number. Rolls happen on your device and are never sent to our server.
